Terms of Service for Pulse Analysis - Blood Pressure

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Pulse Analysis - Blood Pressure App (the "App") and its paid subscription services, provided by RED HISTORY NETWORK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("we," "us," "our").
By purchasing a subscription or using the App, you ("you," "User") agree to these Terms, our full Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy (linked below).
1. Subscription Benefits
Upon purchasing a valid subscription, you gain:
- Unlimited access to all App features (e.g., advanced pulse/blood pressure logging,AI Analysis);
- Ad-free experience with no third-party or in-App advertisements.
2. Subscription Management
- Purchasing: Subscriptions are processed through your Apple ID via the Apple App Store. Pricing and billing cycles (e.g., weekly/yearly) are displayed at checkout.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle, unless canceled (see Section 3). Apple will charge your linked payment method 24 hours before renewal.
- Account Linking: Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID, not the App itself. Access is available on all devices logged into your Apple ID.
3. Cancellation Rules
To cancel your subscription, you must do so through your Apple Account Settings—cancellations cannot be processed via the App or our support team.
Steps to cancel (per Apple guidelines):
- Open your Apple device’s "Settings" > Tap your Apple ID (top of screen);
- Select "Subscriptions" > Find "Pulse Analysis - Blood Pressure";
- Tap "Cancel Subscription".
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle—you’ll keep subscription benefits until then. No refunds are provided for partial billing cycles.
